Understanding the Mercury Calendar
The Thoth Count is based on the cycles and phases of Mercury, the planet known for communication, travel, and mental agility. Unlike the standard Gregorian calendar, this system tracks Mercury’s position and energy shifts, which can influence how we think, communicate, and act.
Jan 24th - Jan 27th (Days 1-4): Emerging from the shells
As the momentum breaks forth, shells break and we emerge.
Break through.
Follow through.
Stay consistent.
From out of crisis, hope bloom.
Jan 28th -31st (Days 5-8): Carrying hope forward through doubt.
Celebrate the newfound vision, and be prepared to keep it alive through a phase of doubt.
Wonder at the sparks.
Be in good faith.
Trust and carry them forward, even if you begin to experience self-doubt.
A delicate and beautiful emergence followed by a self doubting passage. Trust and walk through.
Feb 1st - 3rd (Days 9-11): Doubt is overcome.
Darkness will hit its peak, and you will think you have failed - then the sparks will converge.
Hold steady.
Press on.
Trust the Process.
Keep going until the light sparks!.
