Pallas Athene & Abrahadabra

Writer: Peter Duchemin, PhdPeter Duchemin, Phd

The 11 letter Greek name "Pallas Athene" and the 11 letter Hebrew magickal word "Abrahadabra" share something in common. In their respective language's numerologies (isopsephy or gematria) they both total 418, which is 22x19.

There are 22 major arcana, and 19 is the number of solar manifestation. 418 is the manifestation of solar energies across the full range of its expressions. There are 22 years in a solar sunspot cycle.

The power of Abrahadabra comes in part because it enables the "descent" of a grid of 66 points which the famous Tetractys of the Decad may be cleanly and easily hosted upon. Even in the ancient world there were considered to be "11 scales of tetractys".

Tetractys - the formula 1+2+3+4=10, expressed as a triangle- is itself deeply linked to the four letter name of God, YHVH, or tetragrammaton. Perhaps it is the case that Abrahadabra extends YHVH into a deeper level of articulation by supplying a 66-fold grid that undergirds tetragrammaton and allows for complex lines of connection to form within it's aegis.

Similarly, we can explore this 4/11, 10/66 relation by looking at the myth of Athena, born fully armed and armored from her father Zeus's head. Zeus, obviously is a four letter word - a tetragrammaton. So if we take this into account, then we can see this very myth being dramatized by the 66-point triangle and the supported Tetractys. It is in effect saying that the power, extension, and guarantee of the power of the tetrad/Zeus is supplied by the 11-fold extension, Pallas Athene.

Pallas Athene is to Zeus what Abrahadabra is to YHVH.

This is all relevant to Justice, because Justice, 11, is the guarantee and extension of power/law/the demiurge represented by 4, the Emperor. In this dynamic there is a great secret. Justice is the handmaiden of order, and order is the demiurgic foundation of society.

Consider these patterns - they are fruitful meditations.
