The Ghost Road

When the Moon appears we are being shown that what seems is not necessarily what is. The scarab must carry the solar light through gauntlet of distractions, delusions, and hallucinations. Fears find pathways into manifestation when we react to phantoms.

There is a True Way here, but it is perceived dimly - like walking through a fog - nevertheless, if we keep perspective, we can navigate these perilous straits. By remembering landmarks, by sticking to goals set when we had greater vision, we can pass this trial. Eventually the myopic fog will lift, and we will be left with the memories of how we behaved under its spell. This is key. It is vital to know your goals, and remember your landmarks. Then this will go aright.

Follow the beacons, but test them for truth - some are mirages. How to test them: the real ones will trigger memories that help carry you out of the amnesiac fog. Look for those recollections and you find your way through this shifting, strange place.
